About Jenna Sullivan

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (Clinical) at Foundation Exercise Physiology.

"Exercise is about more than looking good, that's just a bonus to it. Exercising to better your health requires building the foundations for you to develop sustainable, lasting habits that become routine. A holistic approach to improved health and well-being considers dietary habits, sleep hygiene and stress management in addition to exercise".
